This app was so fun and easy to use to order my engineer print. My print actually shipped out very soon after order, and came quickly! I am very pleased with it and will order again!
The pictures were made so great! The packaging was so cute and secure so my pictures didnt mess up in the delivery process. Thank you so much I love my prints!
My first order was messed up but they were quick to respond to my email and gave me a free order! The prints are such great quality. I got the 4x4 prints and they turned out better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend their products to everyone!

Some bad moments
So I just got my Parabo prints in the mail. Theyre simple 4x4 prints on cardstock paper. Let me start by saying, theyre packaging is amazing. Lots of time effort and good quality in the packaging. It was easy to order my pictures and I got them for free because of the trial, I only had to pay for shipping. But thats about all I can say about the good of this app. Now to the actual prints. They were really small but I expected that. I also expected great quality quite frankly, I was disappointed. Im experienced with Photoshop and designing so I pay attention to detail. Ive printed images and invitations on cardstock paper before on my simple HP printer and they came out just about exactly as these Parabo prints. I imagined the paper to be a lot more sturdy and thicker than your average store cardstock but it wasnt. Its exactly the same. I really tried to like them but there was no denying I didnt. Plus for very high prices this is totally not worth it. If youre looking for just some average small prints and you have no time to do them yourself then go ahead and try this but I wouldnt recommend it. If youd like to make a good quality cheap photo book, then from experience I can suggest Chatbooks.
I found that the packaging my order came in was of higher quality and more thought out then the photos themselves. I like the idea of it all but your product is crap; there were even lines across the print. Needless to say, those photos ended up in the trash.
1) Parabo Press website promises shipment within 1-3 business days, but mine took six days to ship. when i reached out to their customer service department, i was told it was for no other reason than they "had a lot of orders." it would behoove them to either change their production promises or take steps to keep them.
2) the companys website promises that payment will be taken only when the order ships. however, on the date of my order, november 28th, i was charged immediately after having submitted my order.
3) on december 8th, i was notified by my bank that i had been refunded my order charge, which i thought was because of my difficulties in ordering and shipping. i reached out - again - to their customer service because i was worried that i would be either charged again, or charged more, and was told that they had "no idea" why this had happened. to add insult to injury, a day later, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!
that was the last straw. i received my order on friday, and while i applaud their quality, i would not order from them again. i will actively discourage anyone from using this app.
They sent me two orders of the same pictures. Had to pay an extra 17 dollars for customs because it came from India to Canada and they pictures werent as clear as they could be- only thing is its nice to have the pictures on good paper.
App needs some serious debugging or something. Just spent over an hour trying to create the same photo book...twice. App kept shutting down and since theres no option to save your project all was lost. Not to mention very tedious trying to arrange photos in the order you would like. Very disappointing app experience. Cant comment on quality of photos since I never even got to checkout. I would stick to less complicated selection of single prints that dont take too much time. That way less chance of app shutting down on you midway through selecting your photos.
I ordered a $15 photo album, paid $10 shipping, and was stung with $17 in customs / import fees that were not mentioned when I checked out. I find this Extremely misleading. Product has not yet need delivered so I cant comment on the quality as of yet, but with those fees I wont use them again.
