Beware of import charges!!!

I ordered a $15 photo album, paid $10 shipping, and was stung with $17 in customs / import fees that were not mentioned when I checked out. I find this Extremely misleading. Product has not yet need delivered so I cant comment on the quality as of yet, but with those fees I wont use them again.
