No customer service! Order stuck at customs because they didnt attach proper documents

No customer service! Order stuck at customs because they didnt attach proper documents.
I have been trying to get in touch with them via twitter and email but they dont care about customer service. Even the shipping company (DHL) took there contact information from me so that they could contact them but with no luck.

Totally disappointed!!!
