Misleading

My first order with Parabo was the square prints which came out great. My second order was a large color engineer print. When it arrived it was flattened and I refused delivery. I contacted customer service which was pretty good, not great but good. The immediately had one reprinted and shipped off. It arrived today, came very well packaged this time. Unfortunately when I unrolled to view the print it looks terrible. Perhaps its because the image was taken on a 5s but holy pixels. Not to mention the paper it is printed on feels lighter than normal copy paper. I am ver dissatisfied and most likely wont purchase from them again.
