Love the prints! Great paper and print quality!

Easy to use app. Product arrived in beautiful packaging. Overall very impressed and would recommend.

1) parabo press website promises shipment within 1-3 business days, but mine took six days to ship. when i reached out to their customer service department, i was told it was for no other reason than they "had a lot of orders." it would behoove them to either change their production promises or take steps to keep them. 2) the companys website promises that payment will be taken only when the order ships. however, on the date of my order, november 28th, i was charged immediately after having submitted my order. 3) on december 8th, i was notified by my bank that i had been refunded my order charge, which i thought was because of my difficulties in ordering and shipping. i reached out - again - to their customer service because i was worried that i would be either charged again, or charged more, and was told that they had "no idea" why this had happened. to add insult to injury, a day later, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN! that was the last straw. i received my order on friday, and while i applaud their quality, i would not order from them again. i will actively discourage anyone from using this app.

The pictures were delivered according to how long they said it would take, and the pictures turned out beautiful. Definitely would order from them in the future.

They sent me two orders of the same pictures. Had to pay an extra 17 dollars for customs because it came from India to Canada and they pictures werent as clear as they could be- only thing is its nice to have the pictures on good paper.

App needs some serious debugging or something. Just spent over an hour trying to create the same photo book...twice. App kept shutting down and since theres no option to save your project all was lost. Not to mention very tedious trying to arrange photos in the order you would like. Very disappointing app experience. Cant comment on quality of photos since I never even got to checkout. I would stick to less complicated selection of single prints that dont take too much time. That way less chance of app shutting down on you midway through selecting your photos.

I ordered a $15 photo album, paid $10 shipping, and was stung with $17 in customs / import fees that were not mentioned when I checked out. I find this Extremely misleading. Product has not yet need delivered so I cant comment on the quality as of yet, but with those fees I wont use them again.

Free prints were promised for a 10 dollar shipping fee and now theres a 17 dollar import charge from India?! NOT okay!!

Im not paying he duty, even if it leaves my pics stranded, the fact that its not mentioned, and I didnt even know the shipping route... I would not recommend ordering anything from Parabo into Canada.

The prints turned out a little darker than I thought they would, but overly they were amazing!! I would definitely purchase more! :) I love the packaging, makes the photos even that much more special.

I love my prints! They are the perfect size and on thick paper. There are so many! Packaging was beautiful and very speedy delivery. Will order again for sure
